Everything is 100% healed. Scars look good. I am officially a 34DD or 36D. I can do everything I could do before my surgery. I recently joined the Air Force. So all is well. Hope this update is helpful.

Okay, crazy that I just came across this post and you just updated today. Thank you so much for posting this. My surgery is scheduled for Monday and I'm so nervous, but your pictures and updates are very encouraging! May I ask your height/weight when you started and what type/profile you went with? I have my sizing appt on Thursday and you look like you could be my similar body type.
Oh, nevermind! I just re-read through the comments and saw that you're 5'4, which is my height and you got the same type of implants I'm planning to get (moderate plus silicone!). Thanks again for posting!
Are you looking to get 450cc?
When I tried on the sizers in the office, I was leaning toward 375. The 425 sizers seemed too big but I don't know how accurate they are! I don't really have much of a waist so the top of my body could handle it, but I'm not sure about the bottom half. I wish I had a bigger butt sometimes or even slightly thicker thighs. But then I saw your pictures and I'm not so scared of the 400+ range! I'm going in for sizing again tomorrow. They ordered me 375s high profile but I think moderate plus might be better. They said they'll order more for me.
I didnt try the high profile. I liked the 425cc or even the 400cc but the Dr thought 450cc was better. They are big. I have had a hard time shopping for shirts. I can still wear a small they just fit way differently.

5 month update

Ok so I am so happy with everything. I am training for a half marathon so the girls have to be put up tight lol. I still can't do pushups all the way. Still taking it easy on lifting my body weight. All in all they are perfect. I posted a before and after pic today. They dont even look the same. Best decision I have ever made for myself.

They look amazing!!! Are you using scar remedies of any sort? Sorry if this has already been asked. I feel like I should be using something. The mepitac tape makes me itchy. Also are you tanning? I love the all one color.
Thank you. No I'm not using anything for scars really. Sometimes I'll put merderma on the scars if I think about it but its not consistent. As for tanning I used a bathing suit but my tan has already faded.

I never used anything for my scars. And no tanning. I didnt want my scars to be worse.

12 week P.O.

So just an update. I am feeling great!! They are settled finally. Scars are looking better. I ran a 5k Saturday and had no problems. Push ups are still ify. I am so happy with my results.

Your results are amazing! Fit your scars I’d recommend bio oil twice a day. That stuff works wonders. After my first surgery you literally could not see my scars!
