8 days post op. Still a little sore but mostly ok. Love my full boobies

I have a pretty vigorous job, by can make my own schedule, however I started my diet pills back in on Monday(4 days post op). I usually have a high stress level, so the pills have never made me hyper, just not as tired anymore. Anyways, Monday, it truly did make me hyper and I didn't sit down all day from 8 am-1 am. I cleaned like a mad woman. My husband kept telling me I needed to slow down and stop, but I didn't listen. I haven't hit it as hard for the rest of the week. At me 6 day post op, my PS got on to me because he could tell I had been doing too much(swelling, I would assume and told me to ease back into activity). 7 days post, I had 4- 30 minute sessions, 2 deeper pressure massages and 2 medium/light. During one of the medium ones, I felt a pop right at my sternum and a shooting pain. I stopped right then and felt everything to make sure it didn't harden or feel different. It did not. I continued the rest of my day with caution and went home and took a muscle relaxer and pain meds. It felt much better after rest and that. I stayed on my meds the rest of that night. 8 days post op, I had a medium pressure session for 40 mins. It was not hard at all, but I did feel me utilizing my pec muscles more so I adjusted and used my full body weight like I am supposed to. I honestly think this was just a wake up call that I have not been using my body mechanics like I have been taught. Last night, I noticed some blood and drainage from one of my incisions. It is a little red and has a little pain. I continued my essential oil regimen I was using after my mastopexy and also applied the polyps iron and a band aid as well as additional padding(surgical cloths) just for some extra help. I took them off this morning and it had drained more, but looks 100x better. I am keeping that regimen up today and by tomorrow,'it should all be good and I am also TRULY taking it easy.
I am also a bit, not constipated, but also not regular like normal. I have taken colon cleanse pills and now I have also got some it works greens to help to get things moving. Any other suggestions to get things moving and cleaned out? I am including a photo I took last night to see if anyone else sees any difference from the photo I took the other day and posted. All looks and feels normal to me. I LOVE my boobies and have GOT to learn to sit and let things be and heal!!! Love to you all and thanks for all of your help!

3 days post op

Pain is tolerable. My husband had to go to our daughters concert the day after surgery, he is disabled and can't drive so he took his sister and our oldest son. I stayed at home with our youngest son. Their personalities are so different and the youngest was a big breast baby, so he is a BIG mommas boy! We literally sat in the recliner and watched tv and dozed all day long. It was great spending time with him and getting to relax too. The downside was hat, if something hqppened, I wouldn't be able to drive...so I had Tylenol only that day until my husband and daughter got home.
While it was a VERY relaxing day, it wasn't the smartest idea to not take my meds. That night and the next day was nearly unbearable.
Today I got up and took my meds before I ran out the door to take the kids to school and daycare. By the time I got some, the meds were kicked in... I felt good. I cleaned all day long. Stupid, again, I know. Nothing too crazy and vigorous, but is didn't stop moving all day. I am paying for it again tonight.
I have to take my hubs to a dr appointment tomorrow and then I plan on coming straight home, taking meds and passing out!! Hopefully I can talk my mom or hubs and stepdaughter(14) to go get the boys from school so I can continue my bum status.
On the Breasts themselves, they look FABULOUS and natural. And they aren't even to their exact spot and swelling gone down yet. They are still pretty tight and the incisions are VERY tender. Overall, it is pretty well a constant pain, but only sometimes a severe constant pain.
I have my bras left over from my mastopexy that I am still wearing. I bought I bra from Walmart that seems very supportive and zips in the front because they told me I needed a good support sports bra for the first month. When we got dressed after surgery, I showed the nurse which I had brought and the one with the most support, the nurse said it wasn't something I wanted to wear for a little while due to the swelling. Does anyone recommend specific kind? The Hanes one I got at Walmart is super comfy and I love it, but it doesn't seem too supportive too me!
Names, brands,styles, pics please!!!!

A little more coherent now. Haha.

I am now officially 1 day post op. My husband had to go to our daughters all region orchestra concert, I hate that I missed it, but there was just no way. He took his older sister to drive him(he is disabled) and our older son (4) with him. My baby(2), stayed with me. He thankfully, is just his mommy made over and relaxes. He laid in my lap all morning and finally passed out on me. I have him some cereal and then he was ready for a nap in his room. We both took a nap and went back to the recliner and relaxed. Then, after a while, he went to sleep again. Mid you, he is severely sensitive to bug bites and has a huge, swollen ear, so he wasn't feeling the best either. I still got to enjoy my time with my sweet baby. I took my pain meds and with phenergan this morning and muscle relaxer, but while hubby was gone, just stuck with my antibiotics and Tylenol. It wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. I am feeling it now too. Haha
My breasts are very sore and tight. It feels like a really hard work out after you haven't worked out in forever.
I have to apologize for the posts that have made zero sense. I have started to update and then fall asleep and type random stuff. Haha
My boobs look good.. Still a little Madonna gold bikini, but I know they will even out. I have been very itchy today, but after my hubby got home and was able to be with my while I showered, it seems to have went away. I am a massage therapist and I have been having issues with my rotator cuff lately... I think this rest is just what I need!!!
Still having issues going to the bathroom (#2). I ate a half of a bag of grapes so far and now I am turning to coffee. Any other suggestions with that?? I have some Lyfe tea somewhere that is a good detox tea and helps with that but I am too sore to dig for it. I will ask my stepdaughter to do it for me tomorrow!
Any other suggestions are helpful!!!!
I will try to post some photos tomorrow!!!
