Breasts do not really hurt at all.....random pains. Just wore out. Want to go run. Want to lift weights.....and I can't even chop an onion. Uugghhhh. No regrets, but frustration.....yes.
4 days post op.... anyone else not wearing band or bra?
I feel pretty good. Over use of right arm has irritated things a bit but really all is well. Right breast starting to soften up a bit. Can tell it's dropping. Belly bloated as expected. Ladies , there is a product called oxy powder that I love it's all natural vegan. Gluten free sold by infowarsstore.com of course consult your physician but it is an amazing colon cleanse and gentle. My husband and I use it in general to promote good colon health but in this case I believe I am going to use it also.
actually day 3?
Let me start by saying, those pain killers are....killer. I am definitely not taking any more....not do I need them. My surgery was on the 14th and today I am finally out of the narcotic fog. (not a fan of meds) but thankful I had them day 1 and 2 for sure. Chest is still firm and sitting a little high....has anyone else not been given a strap? It seems to me everyone is told to wear a band and a bra and I was told to do neither.....just curious. I am having slight tinges of pain in my right breast still but I am assuming that's normal. They look really great considering they were just done a few days ago. So pleased.
