Im getting over my cold now and feeling more confident with my decision again. I was really worried at first that i destroyed my immune system (there are some scary stories out there once you get searching). However, I feel like I'm returning to full health and I found out my roommate definitely had a cold which I think is how I got it. Now Im starting to enjoy the girls more, and I can tell I'm healing.

Every once in a while they feel really stiff and hard, then other times I feel like my muscles are more relaxed and they feel softer and it's easier to move around. I had a scare yesterday while getting over my cold- I tried to crawl out of bed and my foot got stuck in my comforter and I fell flat to the floor!!!! I'm such a clutz. I put my arms down to avoid landing on my face/boobs and then tried to do a little roll onto my back immediately to take the weight off my arms. It was really stupid but I seem to be doing just fine regardless. I also did something else weird with one of my cheap-o bras I got at walmart. My left nipple was so hard and sensitive I couldn't stand anything touching it for a few hours yesterday (hey, it's a good sign, it means my nerves and things are healing up in there). I ended up cutting a tiny nipple hole into the bra on just the left side lol. I almost took a picture but decided that wasn't necessary. I just thought it was kind of funny to just have one nip airborne out there. It worked just in case anyone wonders! It's nice because the bra was still supporting them, but i didn't have anything pushing in/against on my sensitive nip. I mean I just cut a TINY hold and stretched it a little just enough- otherwise I was afraid it'd stretch and take away from supporting me and be too big of a hole.

yeah, i'm probably crazy. I'm just happy that I'm getting over the cold, that I'm healing, that I seem to be healthy and fine!! and I LOVE the girls. I freaked out because my mom found out about it- she went through my bank statement! So that was some more unexpected stress while I was sick. Anyway, now that's all out of the way, I'm feeling a lot better.

Thanks again for the encouraging comments while I was sick- it really helped me to stop being so paranoid. I hope all you girls are healing fast! Good luck!! I'll post some more pics soon to compare to the old!

Getting really nervous

it's been a week and a couple days post op now. This whole week end I've been sick with a cold, though, and throughout the week I kept suffering from nausea (which I thought was from the pain pills and my body getting over the surgery and everything). When I told my boyfriend I had a cold and was staying in bed for the week end, he seemed immediately worried that I should call my PS. I didn't think much of it but then I looked up on here "sick after ba" and am finding all these scary things about silicone being toxic and everything else. Now I'm worried they might compromise my health, I was completely healthy before. I'm still adjusting to the new girls and was hoping once I got over being sore and healing I would ready to enjoy them. Now, I am wondering if I'm sick because of them...and if that will continue to happen. I'm just really nervous, and sadly already wondering if I need to take action to explant. :(

Percocet

Oh, and I had meant to mention that the pain pills prescribed definitely make me nauseous. I would probably take them more if they didn't have that effect on me. I just thought this little fact might help someone else if they're confused why they keep feeling so nauseous. I kept getting the hot sweats and stomach turning, while my hands and feet felt like ice still. Never fun!!! The only time I threw up was when I got home right after surgery (wow, god, painful memory). I think that's because I said my pain was pretty high so they gave me extra pain medicine before I left and I imagine that might've done it. At least they were trying to help!
