I'm 23, 5'5 135lbs 400cc UHP Silicone unders - Little Rock, AR

Initially I was really satisfied from the results because seeing some of my friend's post op pictures theirs weren't symmetrical at all. I still love the way it looks from the front despite slight sagging. With UHP it tends to sag quicker which my PS never disclosed with me when choosing my size. I still think he is an excellent surgeon with mad skills. I would recommend him to everyone I know. However he should have communicated to me more about reaching my goals. I wanted to be a D cup but still look natural so he gave me 3 sizes to chose from. I should have went with 350cc. I feel like 400cc shouldn't have been one of the size for me to chose if UHP was my only option. I had concerns about UHP before & talked to him about it but he reassured that it was the best option. I am a 34DD now & they look very obvious that I had work done. If he had told me the best option would be a 350cc and may be a chance of me being a full C or baby D but still look very natural, I would of chosen it instead. They mention that a lot of the time women regret not going bigger, that's definitely not my case. I really dislike how it looks from the side view & I always do what I can to hide them or be sure not to get any pictures from the side so I don't look like Wendy Williams

So my breasts looks a lot more natural now that it dropped and fluffed. I still use mederma for my scars but it hadn't improved much :/ the cocoa a butter worked well on my stretch marks. I originally used Bio-Oil but that didn't do anything
