I have wanted a breast augmentation sense i was in middle school. I have always been uncomfortable with my breast size and have only been waiting on having the available funds. I was referred to Doc. Koenig by a close friend. The staff at the Lindsay House is welcoming, and very professsional and thorough. Doctor Koenig's bedside manner and level of expertise is very impressive. He is very educated and i felt very confident in him after meeting him only one time. My consultation went well and i scheduled surgery for less then a week later. My experience happened very quickly, i had my consultation Thursday and surgery monday. I am very satisfied with my new breasts, and pleased to finally feel comfortable in my body. Before this surgery, i wore a padded bra with two tight sports bras and gel inserts. It was very uncomfortable. This was a daily routine for me for nearly ten years. Doctor Koenig made it so i can finally wear one, normal bra. Just one. Comfortably. I am so excited for summer!! the healing process was fine! I felt very little pain, mostly just pressure and i chose to not take narcotic pain medication. Within a week, i felt able to do normal activities and i had to be careful not to do too much because i felt so good. I am so pleased with my experience and my results, and i cannot say enough about my experience.

Hello! I am 26 and also from Rochester. I have a consultation booked with Dr. Koenig in April. I have so many questions about the details, like over the muscle or under, profile size (high profile, moderate, etc), size (cc's), how he helps you decide (does he show you what you might look like?). Ahh so exciting! And looking at your picture, Im even more excited! You look amazing! Did you ever consider any other doctors? I am also having a consultation with Dr. Evangelesti as well. Both have great reviews and Dr. Evangelesti is about a thousand dollars cheaper, but of course still has all the certifications, however he doesn't have any before and after photos to view. Thanks for sharing!

And my size is 310 cc natrelle inspira so the implant is filled all the way instead of the normal ones which leave more room in the implant and are not filled to the very top. Koenig will show you what I mean. He tecomended I not to bigger than 310 inspira because my frame is so small. I'm glad I took his direction because the size is perfect for me. I didn't realize that the size of the implant doesn't matter as much as your body type because a 410 on someone else might look the same as a 310 does on me. There is a maximum to how large you can go depending on the measurment of the base of your breast. If you go above that maximum ypull have side noon and they wont sit where there supposed to. Doctor recommends under muscle unless you body build it is more realistic looking and protects the implant. The incision is under my breast you can't even see it now I'm 3 months post op. Pain was minimum mostly just pressure :) email me I can help more I'm so excited for you

What bra size were you before and now?

I'm the same height as you and weight the same. However my Dr. recommends I go 400cc but I don't know if that's to big for my height
