More Pics

I decided to post more pics today now that I'm about 3 months post.

1 Week Post Op

Photos from May 25th. Still somewhat swollen. No pain and I am finally able to sleep on my side, propped up against a pillow.

I've always wished I had bigger boobs. I guess...

I've always wished I had bigger boobs. I guess that's a stupid thing to wish for but I've literally wanted them since I was like 14. Finally I saved up the money and thought why not do it? My surgery was scheduled for Friday, the day after having a labiaplasty. I had taken a week and a half off of work so I figured I might as well just do everything at once.

During my pre-op appointment, I tried on the demo implants inside of a surgical sports bra. I decided to go with 325cc after debating between that and 300cc. The nurse told me it would be better to go with the bigger one since its only slightly larger.

The day of my procedure I left my hotel with my mother at 6:00am and arrived at Troy Beaumont at 6:30. I feel like the whole day was a bit of a blur. I was extremely nervous but also very excited. They called me back into a room and a nurse stabbed me like a million times to try and find a vein that wasn't too small for the IV. Finally after the third try they found one, and then I just had to wait for the scheduled time for the actual procedure. Dr. Hainer came in and went over a few things, and they wheeled me into the operating room. Before I knew it, I was awake in the recovery room. I was exhausted and was starting to feel a lot of pain in my chest. They pumped some meds into the IV and I drifted back of to sleep. Apparently I was in the operating room for about an hour, then I slept for 40 minutes, woke up, then slept for about another 15. Then my mom came in, they gave me more meds, and they wheeled me out to the car.

I got back to the hotel room and slept for another 2 hours. When I woke up I was in a little bit of pain so I took a pain med about an hour later. Sleeping at night was a bit tricky because I could only really sleep on my back. It wasn't too painful for the rest of the night/next few days but it just felt like I had a ton of weight on my chest. It felt like gravity was pushing down on my chest so it was just really uncomfortable. I have been taking pain pills for the past few days but overall it's just more discomfort than anything. It can be a bit hard to sit or stand for a long period of time.

The next day I met with Dr. Hainer to have the bandage wraps taken off and a surgical bra put on. This was the first time I was seeing my breasts and they looks huge. I think they are still very swollen though. I have to wear this surgical bra for the next two weeks so it is hard to tell what they will look like in a normal bra. I am very happy with the size of my breasts and would rather feel like I went a little too big vs. not going big enough. I think they are still so swollen so it is hard to say what the size will be. I will update with more pictures later. They still feel rock solid so I am waiting for them to soften up a bit. Overall, I am very happy and am just waiting to see what they look like in the next few days.

Sidenote: I had one nipple pierced and Dr. Hainer had discussed putting it back in after the procedure, but I think it was kind of scabbed over and he just didn't think it would heal well with it. So if I decide to I might get it re-pierced in a few months.
My left breast is also a little bit bigger but it wasn't big enough to do 25cc in the right. I am curious to see if they even out a little bit but right now my left breast does appear to be a bit larger.

Dr. Hainer has been great for both of my procedures. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease for both procedures. I honestly do not think that I could have chose a better Dr. for this and will definitely go back to him in the future.
