I decided to have a labiaplasty done for a few reasons. First, for aesthetic reasons, I hate the way mine sticks out so much. I also enjoy riding my bike and it can be quite uncomfortable with the rubbing against the seat. Third, I am uncomfortable in tight clothing like leggings. I chose to have the procedure done by Dr. Hainer and could not be happier. He knew exactly what I wanted and the results are exactly what I wanted.
I also decided to have a breast aug. the day after. I took off about a week and a half of work and I figured I could use this time to relax. On Thursday, the day of my surgery, I went in for my appointment at 2:00pm. We started shortly after 2:00 and the nurse explained everything that was going to happen and what I should do for aftercare. This is a pretty easy procedure and I wouldn't need much downtime. Dr. Hainer came in, they injected the area with lidocaine which was the worst of it. Then he came back 10 minutes later and got started. It only took about 30 minutes for the whole procedure. I was able to drive myself to my hotel that was about 15 minutes away.
I was in a little bit of pain about an hour after the procedure when the lidocaine wore off. I took the pill that I was prescribed and felt much better. That is really the only soreness that I have felt this whole time.
Overall, I am very happy with the results. I am still a bit sore from time to time and I am just making sure to not wear anything too tight that will irritate the area but otherwise am pretty comfortable.

This photo was taken May 25th but I am just getting around to adding it. I have been using some ointment cream to help with the healing. It has become very itchy and burns a little bit when I use the bathroom. Hopefully it starts to get better by week 3 because I am still feeling the slight irritation. Much happier with the way it looks though!

Wow, great result so far and yet you are still early in the healing process. Hopefully the burning and itching with improve soon. Congrats!

How is it now? Healed well? Was any work done on a vlitoral hood too? Did you have a trim technique? Cheers

I notice in your one week post op photo the wedge is separating a little. When you were finally healed did you have wound separation or did the wedge cut close up? I'm comparing surgeons right now.

Your results are great, I was not happy with my results--should've gone to Dr Hainer.
Best to you
