I do not feel safe with these textured implants following this year’s fda recall. Also very unhappy with the way my original PS has handled this recall and my complaints of breast pain. I am already exhibiting signs of breast implant illness. I have a consult scheduled in April 2020 with Dr Stanwix and am considering fat transfer.

Incisions, workouts and such
Monday will be 4 weeks and I am feeling great! Got an awesome workout in today with zero pain or discomfort. 35 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the stair stepper and 10 minutes on the treadmill (4 mph)
Boobs are doing great. Incisions are healing. I'm adding some photos. My boobs have lines on them from the sports bra I had on during my workout

The third week was the biggest change for me in terms of healing and physical ability. I started feeling much more normal and so far this week I feel like my old self. It's a good thing because I've eaten my weight in junk food while recovering. It's amazing how hard it is to get back in the swing of things once you slack some. You'll be back to your workouts in no time!

That's great I'm so glad you're feeling much more like yourself at this point! You're looking so good too! I just got cleared for light exercises but with a lot of restrictions for a while. I have to post an update! But agreed - I've been easier on myself diet-wise during recovery too. The shame! Lol.

Congratulations! I think we both have a similar story. I had my BA back in Dec too and ended up with 295cc HP, textured round. I also love running and exercising, so I wanted a size I can manage. I also had and still having issue with my right breast dropping. And slightly panicking and hoping for them to drop. I know patients is key. Anyway good luck with the recovery. They look great! Thanks for sharing your story!

Hi! I am doing great. I honestly don't have any complaints. I never fully gained the upper body strength I had before surgery, the only time I notice is trying to do pull ups...other than that, I workout just like before. I have ran a couple of half marathons, I am a fitness instructor and teach a cardio class (lots of jumping) three nights a week.
I love the size, I wouldn't have wanted any bigger. Can't believe I ever had 400cc's on my mind! It wouldn't have fit my frame and activity level at all. I will try to update a photo soon...

First workout!
Got my heart rate up today and it felt great! Nothing like what I was doing. Actually probably only about 30% but I'm still glad to do something! Made it about 23 minutes on the elliptical and then speed walked around 4 mph on the treadmill for 15 minutes. No pain! But I could tell that was my limit

yay! you'll feel better each day. I went to my first yoga class last night since surgery. It was slow flow and nothing like my normal practice. LIfting my arms straight up was a challenge, and there were no chaturangas etc. but it was yoga, and I did it, and I didn't feel like I did anything bad to myself during the class. There is a light at the end of the tunnel! :)

That's awesome! I'm glad to hear you are doing well! I'm hoping to get on the elliptical tomorrow as well. you'll get back to your 100% level fast I'm sure. Muscle memory is strong ;)

Little victories!! I hear you on listening to your bodies limits. I did 15 mins on a light setting on my stationary bike and I was done!

Yay for you! It must have felt good to get back into it a bit even if you're just at a small percentage of where you were at...you'll get it back!
