After paying due diligence with diet and exercise, I was unsatisfied that these methods did not help with giving me a better shape. I am not extremely heavy but I was still not pleased with myself. I decided to seek help to give me a better contour and liposuction helped with that insofar as it could. I had realistic expectations and was pleased with the results. In hindsight, realistic expectations and patience with the healing process was important to the procedure's success.
