I am sorry I haven't posted any updates but iam feeling good I still feel swelled up but more normal I only feel to lumps on my incision and wondering if it's normal I asked them at the drs office if it was normal and they said it happens you can get scar tissue to massage but it doesn't go away iam getting concern

Does anyone recommend a pressure garment should I keep using the one that I was given or should I get another one, they told me I needed to put more pressure on my stomach, I feel very swelled up

If it is loose get a smaller size , I was wearing size smalle and 4 weeks later I switch to xs

I am doing better the first 4 days were very hard omg did anyone experience where u had to cough I felt that my stomach was going to

You look great , I had 4 C sections plus a hysterectomy. I just made sure I had my pillow by my side if I had to laugh or sneeze. I'm still looking for a doctor for my mommy make over.
