I had my first rhinoplasty 2 years ago with the biggest size silicone implant. However, it wasn't enough for my very low Asian bridge. My original doctor consulted with Dr. Ridgway about my difficult case because he trusted Dr. Ridgway can deliver the rhinoplasty revision that I hoped for. And he did. Not only he was pleasant and professional, he takes time to listen to all my concerns. He was right on point on what I wanted to fix and made sure we were all on the same page. To replace the silicone implant, Dr. Ridgway used the cartilage harvested from both of my ears and fascia to make a bigger graft. My nose tip was also narrowed for a more defined look. It was amazing that I had very minimal pain after my surgery. Now, it is one month and a half post-op and my nose is healing well with no complications noted. My nose is higher, straighter and looks very natural. I could not have asked for a better result. Wonderful doctor, wonderful person.
