I had my implant put in march of 2003 after breastfeeding 2 kids. I had another baby in 2013 and breastfed 16 months. Over the year I gained about 30 pound and my boob were a lot bigger. I definitely experienced back pain and neck pain. I am hoping it was because of the implants and now that they are out the pain will be gone. Glad to have my body back to its natural state. So far i have no pain but it has only been about 2 hours since the surgery. I had local anesthesia. I am wearing a compression wrap that was placed on me after the surgery was done but I feel like i need something with more support. I havent gotten to see what my breasts look like yet but I will update with pics if they dont look too bad.

I am feeling much better since my surgery. The evening after my surgery i got sick from the anesthesia. I took 2 pain killers and I stopped taking them. The next day I got some extra strength tylenol and it worked just fine to get rid of the pain. I haven't taken anything for pain in a few days. So, i am fine. I do have a 1 year old and holding her can be a little painful but i try to hold her so that she does not bump into my breasts. When I saw my breasts for the first time, I was sort of shocked by how saggy they are. Well, not really. My implants were really heavy. They actually looked worse than they do today! If you can believe that. ;) I am happy they are out. I feel so relieved. I knew that i really wanted them out but honestly i did not know i would feel as great as I do. My breasts are flat but they feel heavy when i take off the sports bra, so i take it off as little as possible. I do feel like a breast is in my future for that reason and because, well i still have the same issue is began with, saggy breasts. I have heard women say that the breasts fluff up after some time after implant removal. I am hoping that it will be true for me too. Time will tell, but for now I am happy to be back to natural me.
