It has been over two years since my procedure and I really should have posted the updated review much sooner.
However, I have always wanted to keep real self members and visitors aware of my results. I was always concerned that others would feel somewhat cheated as I did.
My tummy tuck procedure went very smoothly and Dr. Ganchi did everything to name sure I was comfortable and safe. I would rate my tummy tuck at a six and this is because my tummy was never smooth or tight. I also had to remove the dog ears at some small cost. I rate my liposuction of the tummy, back, and flanks at a zero. I really felt cheated and look no different with regards to my back and flank. I paid a substantial amount of money for the liposuction that was extra from the tummy tuck and am very unhappy. After surgery there was hardly and bruising in those areas. This leads me to believe that she did not work on removing the fat sufficiently. Very unhappy because I have to save money to get the Lipo done again. Money wasted

Hi how are you ? Post some pic so will see your condotion .from this pic it doesn't show if you are flat. what your doc say ? im also not flat I've got small lump on my right side and my doc say body will absorbed it but im not sure of it anymore .in next app I will find out what can be don ...take care and keep us posted...

Thanks MzEyez. I am healing really well. I do feel some tightness at night. I am figuring that it will decrease when the stitches disolve in a week or so.

You look great!!!!! Love it! I kinda want a tummy tuck at least one day.. After I have kids. I've lost so much weight in my life my tummy now has loose skin. Ah

Thanks Kara2971. I waited a long time for this tummy tuck. I kinda wish i got it sooner so that i could have enjoyed it longer. I am in my 40's now and my children are of adult age. But, if you haven't had children yet, by all means do wait. The loose skin will help with the expansion...lol!! A tummy tuck after the children will make it all that much more worth it. I am happy for your easy healing keep on walking hunched over my doc said the list 10 days , bc the beck muceles are very strong.
I think that you look amazing
I'm 5 days post op and a littel worried bc my stomach is very swollen
But im optimistic .and hopfully it will get better.happy healing

Thank you Happywomen! I am trying to stay hunched as much as possible. When I don't, I lift my knees. It does take a toll on my back. Good luck to you..xo
