In my 50's, have implants - one droops more than the other, plus the skin at top of both breasts looking a little saggy. Also have the natural lack of fullness in face due to age. Dr. Ganchi recommended fat transfer - taking fat from my thighs (SCORE! like ok then!) and transferring it to my face (like the BEST FILLER EVER) and also to my breast area to give them a youthful natural fullness which augments the implants that are already there. She's genius. Every other surgeon I saw ( I consulted with 4 others - one of whom kept me waiting for 1.5 hours - on a consult. Automatic fail). Rather than an implant redo - which wasn't really necessary since my implants are only 6.5 years old, she took the time to really dig into the best approach. After many discussions, the fat transfer - and a breast of of the droopier breast - was selected. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Ganchi to anyone who asks me - she is a standout for standard of care post-op as well. Called me at home first evening and also was always available by email to answer my million questions.

Great service, but not the best surgeon. That's the bottom line.
Two years out, and this was SO not worth what we paid. Should have gotten fresh implants and a redo, rather than let her talk me into this. Like I said - it SOUNDED great...but the results are not long lasting and she took too much fat off my thighs resulting in lax skin one year (now two years it's still lax) later. Would NEVER recommend this doctor.

NOT WORTH IT
I wrote the first review in the glow of the first few weeks post-surgery. Would never ever recommend this doctor. The fat transfer doesn't last, and my boobs are still uneven. Not to mention that I got a giant infection in my face (she injected fat into my cheeks too)
