31 Years Old, No Kids, Liposuction of Abdomen - Ridgewood, NJ

I have continued to lose weight. Overall 40lbs so far (10 from lipo). I have been concerned about my stomachs elasticity but I think it is still improving. My belly button has begun to look tighter the last few weeks. Still working!

I've continued to heal. Lipo scars are not noticeable. I have made much healthier choices in my diet since the surgery and as a result have lost an additional 15 lbs. I still eat lots of treats and don't exercise nearly enough but I am making sure to only put real food in my body and not taking it for granted. I feel sexier and my self esteem has improved. I actually feel it was worse the first few months after surgery as I felt so disappointed and frustrated with the amount of time it takes to feel good and get rid of swelling. Be patient. Patient with your skin, your weight, your feelings. Love yourself. That's what this journey is all about.

I got a spray tan and took some photos and while I am still hoping for more improvement on my stomach-- particularly the area below my belly button...I have to say I am so so impressed and pleased with Dr. Ganchi's sculpting of the small of my back and flanks. I am attaching a photo where you can see the shape is really completely changed. She even made my butt look better! At my most recent check up she said she expects to see even more improvement at that area but I am already more than happy with it. I am also feeling so motivated to exercise and eat well and have lost a few pounds! I am really feeling so happy that I did this!
