I've always had a bit of a "front butt" problem, even when I lost weight the first time in my 20s and got down to a size 4. I'd regained the weight, had weight loss surgery a couple of years ago, and I got to a point where I was happy with my size...except for my gut! So, I decided to not wait until I reached "goal" weight and just do it. I consulted with Dr. Burt Sundin in late 2015 and scheduled my surgery for late January 2016. The procedure went smoothly and I didn't have any complications during recovery. At almost 8 weeks post-op, the scar line is very thin and looks great! He did extensive lipo all over my stomach, especially in the lower area. I can't wait to see what I look like after 6 months when all the swelling should be gone and the scar starts to fade!
