Me at 8 weeks and loving it. I want to get back to the gym but a bit scared. I have an appointment in a couple of weeks so I am hoping I get all cleared to workout. I will start slow.

You look awesome! Is there anything you wished you'd known before having the surgery?
You truly need to take it easy, no matter how well you feel let your body tell you what's up. It will itch and there will be times you will question why did I do this, but once you see the results you are looking for all the doubt go away and your confidence comes back.

I just can't get comfortable!

I just can't get comfortable, no real pain, not really walking hunched over. I am just paranoid. Afraid of busting internal and external stitches because I just can't sit still. I have my appointment tomorrow so hopefully at least one of the drains are removed and the doctor says I am right on track. I really haven't looked at my abs so I can't say if I am happy with the procedure. I'm sure in a couple of months I will be feeling different.

You're going to have a turning point any day now...then every day gets a bit better....swelling is ridiculous and will be a constant for a while but I just looked at a 20 month review and MAN ITS GOING TO BE SOOOOO WORTH IT!!!! Happy healing girly
