After years of wasting money on various procedures, a good friend of mine shared her secret which was a plastic surgeon who performs Thermage on patients herself. My friend gave me the name of Dr. Ruth Hillelson, so I called and made an appointment for a consultation. The price was less than what I had spent over the past two years on things that did not work, so I figured I would give it a try. To my skeptical surprise, I was astonished by the results. I saw some minimal results right away, but the improvements continued for about 5-6 months, and since then I have been hooked!! I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the results. My plan is to ask my husband for this each year as my birthday presents. People seem to notice something looks better and fresher about me, but they can't seem to put their finger on it, and I love that!! I look naturally younger!! Thank you Dr. Hillelson!!

My life has been destroyed by thermage. I had it done once before and thought I had good results, so this time I went for my whole face and neck. My entire face has disappeared . Even where there had been no treatment, like my nose and chin. I have scars everywhere. Do NOT get hooked on this treatment . If something goes wrong, there is nothing anyone can do. Count yourself very lucky this time . I am 10 months out from my treatment and my life feels over.

Zoe do not give up hope. Unfortunately these procedures are a "gamble" and we never know what we will end up with. I too have had some bad experiences. BUT the good news is this should wear off eventually. Your skin should gradually get back to where it was, at least, because our skin is very resilient and it wants to do what it has always done. It wants to repair itself.
Or, if you can afford it I would suggest when you are ready, you go to a highly respected plastic surgeon who might help you at no charge or a discounted cost based on what you've been through. Explain your situation. I have read of some others having bad experiences. It is heartbreaking to want to improve our appearance and end up looking worse! But as I said, do not give up hope. You are beautiful ; )

I'm a patient of Dr. Hillelson's too and I totally agree! Very happy with the results and plan to do it once a year to maintain it.
