**update**

I went back for a revision to the same doc about 7 months ago. A little more liposuction was done, areola was left the same, however. I'm no longer really concerned about that though for two reasons: first, they look fairly typical to me now, and second, if I choose in the future, I could always tattoo over them :) the overall experience was great this time, I underwent anesthesia because the doc suggested it to ease the liposuction pain. He and his staff were great and he was adamant about making sure I was pleased with the final results. I may post pictures later. I do plan on contacting him to have just a bit more fat removed from one side (no fault of Dr. Stanwix, I had a previous surgery by a different doctor that left a LOT or scar tissue behind, most of which Dr. Stanwix was able to break apart and remove).
