Hello, as you can see from the pictures I have a Very bad case of double chin, my profile is absolutely horrendous. It is hard for me to be open about this with my family, they view plastic surgery as completely vain and unnecessary.. I would gladly accept any advice on which procedure and if I can look better.. Please help me I am depressed about this so much... People at work mock me behind my back, I've been called pig head tortoise no neck etc. Sometimes I don't even want to go out or have my picture taken.. I hope somebody reads this.. I need support and advice.. I feel so alone and misunderstood... Thank you..
