Pulled a muscle..painful!

I think I pulled a muscle in my right boob. I tried to raise my arm to high and it pulled. Now I can barely move that arm without feeling pain in my boob. Will there be lasting side effects? Did anyone else strain themselves to hard in the beginning?

You poor thing, doesn't sound like you're having the easiest time. I think you look fantastic and the size suits your gram for sure. It's early days so I guess pain, discomfort and mixed emotions is normal. I'm 2 days away from surgery and I was having second thoughts this morning, wondering if I'm making the right decision. I'm sure it's all normal nerves though. Hang in there, I hope you feel better soon x

I am Day 4 PostOP and the feeling that it might explode every secon is normal! The itching shows you are healing -> good sign not bad! ;) I got 325cc and every day after waking up (wich happens like 5 times a day at least) I want to shoot my Pc :D but joke aside! We need to be patient! It's gonna be ok! Give your breasts time to heal - you cannot see the "real" outcome yet!! (size/shape)

To big? So frustrated

I'm starting to worry I went to big. I got 300ccs on my left and 325 ccs on my right. I think I may have a little bit of post partum depression. My body looks very different, and I can't even do the little things I want to do, like shave or wash my hair. They are still very tight and I keep feeling like I'm pulling the right one to much. I just want to be able to breathe easier and not feel like I'm going to year something at every move. I'm so frustrated.

You are very swollen. It's good you think they're too big because they're going to get smaller. Then you'll breath easier, in more ways than one! :)

Still very tight, swollen, and they hurt, but I like the size. What do y'all think? Any suggestions for showering? I just tried to shower and all I could do was let the water run over me.

If you have someone who can shower with you ask them if they'll wash your hair and body for you. I've heard wet wipes are another alternative until you can shower.

Omg, they look fantastic and perfect size!!!! About the shower, I had difficulty bending over so had to bend my legs in a half squat to reach certain spots. I'm sure I looked absolutely ridiculous. Or, if you're more comfortable in a seated position, you could get a shower seat or plastic chair/stool.
