So I'm 4 days into recovery after my rhinoplasty and I was very bored surfing the internet and figured I would create my own post to interact with people who were going through the same thing! So I decided to have my nose job because I have always disliked my nose. I have never been made fun of for it at all but personally it was always something I disliked. I'm tired of liking the way I look in photos other than my nose and always having to be on the "right side" so it doesn't look gross. Its been broken 3-4 times and gives me chronic head aches/ nose bleeds. After the surgery my surgeon actually told me that I had a large bone spur in my nasal cavity that was limiting my breathing a lot, and that I had the most bone trauma she had ever seen on a nose that hadn't collapsed. So I'm really happy I went through with the surgery. Almost all was covered by insurance. I'll post some follow ups in the coming days and also tonight!

So i get my cast off in two days (sooo excited) basically have been just laying around the house. I've had 0 pain, and apparently pain killers dont have an effect on me so I'm glad that there has been no pain hahah. my bruising was very minimal and i just have some yellow left around my eyes. My cheeks were very swollen and it's slowly been moving down and has now seemed to settle in my lower cheeks to give me some nice jowls.
