DO NOT GO HERE!!
Customer service was great until I voiced that I was unhappy with the results from my eyebrow tattooing and then I was spoken to with complete rudeness and no respect after that.
The tattooist Caroline didn't really know what she was doing, she didn't measure or draw on the eyebrows before commencing tattooing and proceeded to tell me that my natural eyebrow line was wrong and the new tattoo would correct it.
The colour is blotchy and far to dark in some places and then faded and dull in colour in other places and I now need to draw my eyebrows on each morning and spend additional money for the makeup needed to do so.
I was offered to have them removed and told this was a quick pain free procedure, it was then revealed that to have them removed I would need to have them re tattooed to remove the ink and this may take several attempts to remove all the ink, to me this would not be quick not pain free!!
If you are planning on having your eyebrows tattooed this is not the place to go!!
Do your research and pay appropriate money in order to get good results.
A very dissappionting experience and I am now stuck with awful eyebrows until the ink fades in up to 12 months!!

Caroline Mangion making front page head line news, for an unknown and unnamed person up until today.
In 2009, Caroline Mangion was found not guilty and acquitted of all negligence to the claims.
The intense investigations by regulators , with harsh unfounded claims and accusations my Media Guru's left the Mangion Trust severely damaged .
In 2009, The Mangion Trust went under the Compulsory Government Acquisition for the free holding of there property in Dandenong. Vic Urban claiming the property under the development for The Greater Dandenong Development.
The Mangion Trust enduring severe hardship with a profit and loss claim submitted in 2010 for $1.5million into Vic Urban.
Vic Urban claiming the losses were due to bad attacks through media reports,Marketing Media and Advertising.
They went out of business for a reason & now have set up the Richmond Clinic using a different business name. Carolina Mangion is the owner/operator of Advanced Dermal Institute, the same Carolina Mangion who was the CEO of Mangion Laser & Day Spa Clinic. There are other bad reviews on this site regarding the Advanced Dermal Institute's work. Apparently you are not allowed to leave honest reviews on other sites such as womo or yelp. I am very sorry about the experience you've had & glad I did a bit more digging before buying a voucher.
