After watching my breasts change through weight loss, I had a friend that saw Dean and i bit the bullet.
I was concerned that it would be too painful but i over come the fear with the want of them.
It was the best decision i have ever made, they are full again, but still incredibly soft and look natural and can hardly see the scars.
people I don't know would not know they are fake because they look amazing.
