21 Year Old with Tubular Breasts - Richmond, VA

I've wanted bigger boobs since I was 13. I remember I started developing faster than my friends & had to buy a bra at an early age. Then my breasts just stopped developing. I kept thinking ok they have to develop my high school.. Never happened. Now I'm 22 & extremely self conscious about my chest. I had a wide chest and an overall curvy body (Hispanic) I'm supposed to have big breasts right?! LOL. My surgery will be in Richmond,VA. I went to my
Pre-op today & my doctor went up a size. On my first visit we decided on a 400cc Silicone (( under the muscle + a lift )) .. Well today he advised that a 450cc would be better because my breasts are so narrow and there should be some roundness on the sides. I totally agree and trust his decision. I am sooo excited! But nervous too because I've never been put under before. My girlfriend is taking me to my surgery because she just got hers done by the same doctor((hers look amazing!))

So yesterday was my surgery! I got to the hospital at 530 AM. My surgery was at 730. Originally it had been for 130 pm but they changed it. When I got there they got me nice & comfy for the procedure. They put me in this big gown that had a hose attached to it with warm air. I was so so comfy & peaceful! They stuck in the IV (worst part) with hydration and then they put in the loopey stuff. They rolled me into the operating room and they moved me onto the table. Then they put the oxygen mask over my face and that's the last thing I Remember! Next I woke up in the recovery room and my pain was very mild! I got served crackers and apple juice. Then I was rolled out in a wheel chair into my friends car

Yesterday (right after surgery) when I got to my friend's house ( she just went through this & wanted to walk me through it ) , I felt somewhat invincible. I didn't feel much pain so I was walking around quiet a bit :/ at the hospital they had given me an IV with Valium after my surgery, so I was feeling great for the next few hours! I didn't have much of an appetite but I ate some pizza and mozzarella sticks. I was with quite a few people so that was nice! I was prescribed oxy codon, Valium, antibiotic, stool softener, and two other nausea and vomiting medicines that I did not get because my insurance wouldn't cover them AND I didn't even need them so thank goodness I didn't purchase them! I've been on my medicine a lot tho because when it wears off I feel pretty sore and at times the pain is unbearable.. Only when I'm trying to sit up.

I went to bed around 10pm, woke up at 12 AM and then woke up again around 630am. I would think I'm sleeping well! And I didn't think I was going to be able to sleep sitting at a 45 degree angle
but its absolutely working for me!!!!! Yay!!!! Today I spent most of my day sleeping and watching law & order while taking my medicine. this morning I was hurting bad but now it's not too awful. Tomorrow I go in for my post op apt and I'm hoping they are going to look good! They are really high up and hard :/ I got a 450cc in my left and 475 cc in my right, my right pocket was a little bigger per my doctor. I'm going to get more info tomorrow! I'll keep you guys posted.
