Well I desided to try and write a review of my tummy tuck experience. First I am 5'3 140-150 lbs depending on the day. 240 was my highest weight. After my last baby who is almost 5 I sort of let my weight and health spiral out of control. A little more than a year ago I had a huge life altering event my husband and I realized that while we where good friends we where not in love and not happy together. I met the most amazing man who inspires me everyday to want to live to be happy and to be healthy. With his help my husband and I seperated peacefully, remain good friends, and always make sure our kids come first and not our egos.
Yesterday I underwent the first surgery of my life and though I was very scared I got rid of all the loose hanging skin that remained from the old unhappy me and hopefully achieved a flat stomach!
Right now I only have before pictures but I will take some after pictures a little later with the wrap and bandages on cause I am not allowed to remove them. On the 18th is my first post op appt so hopefully I will get more pictures of what's really going on then.
The doctor checked three times and assured me he didn't feel I needed muscle repair and frankly I am glad about that. .. that has to seriously hurt. I am high on Percocet and my pain is manageable though I walk like an old lady haha.. I did skip a dose and just try Tylenol cause the Percocet really messes up my head but after going potty with just the tylenol on board I retreated back to the stronger stuff.. sleep time...

Feeling a lot more clear headed today. Haha I was totally out of it yesterday andsaid my weight was 140-150 but its actually 148-150. Took some photos today with the bandages and wrap still on.. I was really out of it at the hospital when I left and I think the nurse said to keep them until my first post op appt but now i just cant remember.
Pain is manageable I take one Percocet every 4 hours. The drains bother me the most when I get up to walk or go potty.. but they are draining quite abit still so I expect I'm going to be keeping those for a while longer... oh well..
