One thing I’ve noticed since getting lips implants is my smile has changed and with time its gotten a little restricted. It almost looked like I was struggling to smile in photos. When i went to the dentist my mouth no longer opened as wide. Not sure if this is from scar tissue since I had a revision or with time the implant causes the lips to constrict. But I decided to buy a mouth expander like what you use at the dentist when whitening your teeth. I began to wear it 3x a day for 5 minutes to stretch out my lips. I got the smallest size and it definitely hurt, but within the first few days my smile looked more natural and relaxed. I have continued to use the expander and just wanted to update my review for anyone who might be experiencing the same issue.

Just wanted to add a photo of my lips since it's been almost two years since I started the whole journey. Quick update on my thoughts:
Pros - added volume and plumpness, affordable compared to continued injections, with time movement of my lips became more natural
Cons - smile has changed and sometimes I look a little funny in pictures
