My initial interaction with the practice was with Jennifer who took the time to find an available consultation appointment that fit my tight schedule. Everyone on the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. During my consultation, Dr. Richards explained the procedure he recommended. I had told him I was not "thrilled" with my neck, and he was confident a mini S lift would satisfy my hope to have a tighter, but not too tight, jaw line and neck profile. After the procedure, I needed very little pain medication. I did experience some bruising, and when I contacted the office, Trish, the nurse, answered all my questions and additionally had me email photos so she could show Dr. Richards. I was grateful for the staff and doctor's accessibility and very reassured that my healing was following the expected course. It's now been about one month post procedure, and I am very HAPPY. PLUS, my friends do not notice a change - one asked if I was using new makeup!
