Talented surgeon - gave me the nose I always dreamed of having

I chose Dr. Sanaz to do my primary septo-rhinoplasty. I’m only 4 & a half weeks out but already SO happy with my results. She gave me the nose I always dreamed of having.
The entire process so far has been pretty much a breeze. I experienced zero pain during recovery and ended up stopping my prescribed pain meds completely after just 2 days. The doctor and her staff were very attentive and I always received prompt responses any time I had questions.
