My Terrible Experience with This Doctor

to this day i cant believe this happened to me, went to this doctor for a nosejob, was pretty confident everything was going to be great because i saw his instagram page, i saw the photos plus i heard hes very good so i blindly went for it, he was kind of rude and hostile in the first appointment, he didnt even look me in the eye once, he looked like he doesnt like me and was arrogant, i thought it was just me over thinking but that was a big red flag that i chose to ignore, my nose is wide and big, i just wanted a normal looking nose, not big not wide and i thought well he has the experience and has done a lot of nosejobs before so hes good for the job.

He charged me 5000 dollars for the nosejob and the results was the worst outcome possible, my nose is still the same, wide and big and i think even bigger than before and now i have trouble breathing through my nose, told him my worries, that the nose is still the same and im having trouble breathing, he said some excuse as to why my nose is still big and he offered me that after 1 year after the surgery he can operate on me again , that he will only charge me 1500 dollars but i cant do it, i mean if you didnt do the job on the first surgery then on second you wont do it either.

i dont know what is wrong with him, i dont know what happened, does he know what hes doing or simply he didnt want to do a good job?

So this is the photo comparing the before and after the nosejob , as you can see there is not change, my nose is still wide, i remember that after the surgery the doctor said that my nose got little bit better and he recommend not to do another nosejob, that worried me because i thought i didnt pay 5000 dollars just for my nose to change a little but still i had hopes but here we are 1 year later, a couple months ago the doctor told me with a straight face that nose changed a lot and was different from before, i told him the nose is still wide and he said its because it hasnt healed properly , that i should give it time but here it is after 1 year, there is not change, my nose has months looking like that.

i cant believe that i wasted 5000 dollars , went to a doctor that has experience and call himself the nose expert and my nose is still wide as before , what did i do wrong? he asked for 5000 dollars and i paid him 5000 dollars, not less so why he did a terrible job?, doesnt he have experience? doesnt he knows about noses? i cant go back in time and choose another doctor, he scammed me, he took my money and look what he did, how can someone be like that? how can you take someones money and ruin that persons life?

this is not fair, i lost money, i have to get more money for another nosejob and he keeps doing surgeries and being a doctor
