Worst Experience and Spoiled my Nose/breathing

Can I give him a 0 star?? one of the worst doctors ever, doesn't listen to patients, just gives his opinion and goes on with the surgery! Performed a surgery on my nose correction and did not correct it properly and now I have difficulty in breathing, was so mad at him for that that I did not go for the consultation again after surgery. Would suggest to avoid him at any cost especially young girls!
And how is it possible that he has 5 star rating? hasn't he ever made a mistake in life!
