The Only Rhinoplasty You Will Ever Need

Writing a review for Prof. Palma is hard because he's so good that I'm afraid if I write my experience it will sound fake. I decided to go with him (from Switzerland) because of the amount of scientific papers and books he has written, the great before/afters from his website, and the and seeing that other surgeons come to him for training.
Literally everyone I've met tells me my new nose looks great. Funniest thing, If I don't tell them I got it operated, most of the time they don't realize, but when I tell them, they are 'how could I have missed that?'. Even my mom (who is rather conservative and opposed to plastic surgery) loves it. I went to a different doctor for a different consultation, and had to give a list of previous operations. I wrote rhinoplasty and he was: Who did that? it looks so good. This is great feedback because before the procedure I was afraid people would judge me for having cosmetic surgery. One of the biggest compliments I get is that the new nose looks flawless but doesn't change my character or make me someone else.
He is very caring and very knowledgeable. His team also looks very motivated. I was very impressed by the enthusiasm of his assistant, who was discussing with him before the operation. And the whole process is mostly painless, although it's really annoying to wear a nasal splint for aweek. I have to say that my bruising wasn't as bad as some you see on the internet. It did stay long though, even in the 4th week you could see it a bit if you know where to look for it.
