Wide Nose Bridge and Weird Nostrils Shape
Hello!
I’ve had my primary rhinoplasty 19 days ago( almost 3 weeks) and I’ve noticed multiple esthetic issues with my nose.
First, I found my nose bridge too wide and it makes me look like an avatar ( is it swelling or is it the fact that I had a little hump shave?)
Second, my nostrils have a weird shape. It almost looks like they have an upturned U shape. Please check the photos below. They are way too visible in my opinion (is it because my tip was lifted?is it going to stay this way or will my nostrils be hidden like they used to be before rhino?). How many mm do the nostrils come down after swelling is gone?
Finally, My surgeon reassured me that he didn’t shorten my nose but I still find it too short which makes the distance between my upper lip and my nostrils so big! Will it stay this way?
Please help, I hate the way my nose looks I can’t even recognize myself anymore!
