TL;DR: I paid 200,000 PHP (3,500 USD) for rhinoplasty with Dr. Alexis Divinagracia, but six months later, my nose is still crooked, with a dorsal hump and asymmetrical nostrils. Regarding the cost increase, the hospital fee alone was approximately 45% higher than the original estimate. However, when factoring in the total procedure cost, the overall increase was closer to 15-20%. Since English is not my first language, I now realize my original wording may have been unclear, so I want to provide a more precise explanation.
Rather than editing my original review, I am posting this clarification separately for full transparency. My disappointment remains unchanged—this was an unexpected price increase, and I found the lack of clear upfront pricing frustrating. While I’m keeping my online reviews as they are (to avoid potential removal), I am making this correction here in good faith to ensure accuracy.
I also want to clarify a statement I made regarding my post-surgery discussions with Dr. Alexis Divinagracia. In some of my reviews, I mentioned that she "gaslighted" me. To be more precise, I meant that she later denied making certain verbal assurances that we had discussed before the procedure. My frustration stems from feeling that what was initially assured to me did not align with the final outcome.

While Clinica Divinagracia presents itself as an advanced medical aesthetics center, I personally found the pricing unclear, was not fully satisfied with my surgical results, and had concerns about post-procedure care. Based on my experience, I would not personally recommend her services.
