Consultation review: rude and spoke down to me

I've never met a more rude and arrogant person let alone a doctor in my entire life. I had a consultation with him for a rhinoplasty that I paid $300 and waited 3 months for. He spoke down to me as if I were his slave. "Did you hear what I said?" "Listen to me closely" "I'll repeat myself again" were some of the statements he made to me. He didn't even say hello when the Zoom started. He didn't explain anything, all he did was belittle me. I cut the session short because he was that rude and I told him I want my money back. I have no idea how anyone could trust this man with their lives and reconstructing their face. It's scary me that he has a license to practice medicine. Technical knowledge means nothing if you don't have a heart or soul.
