My Upper Lip is Longer After my Rhino, Help!

Seven months ago, I underwent a rhinoplasty. It was both a functional and aesthetic rhinoplasty. I had a septoplasty. I have always had a significant distance between my nose and upper lip, but since this surgery, it seems even more pronounced, at least in appearance. A cartilage graft was placed in the columella to maintain structural stability. I don't know if this affects the tip from drooping and makes this distance appear longer. I need help and want to know if there is a solution and when it can be done I’m completely desperate.

your nose looks good! It's prob because the tip was lifted but that drops still over some time. I think you have to wait 1 year maybe?
Do you think the tip drops over time? I’m not really sure because of the cartilage graft that maintains the tip in the same position, it dropped a bit during the post op, but I’m not sure if the nose will return to the same position, I’ll hope. Thanks for your comment and help.
