Very unprofessional experience - I did not get what I asked for

My request was a straight bridge, as natural as possible. Now I have this typical operated turkish nose. Also I have scars from alarplasty which was not discussed at all before surgery. Also the nurses were very rude and didn’t even give me painkillers after the surgery even though I asked three times. I didn’t sleep all night because my head was aching.

I’ll be posting updates while I heal. I’m 3 months post op and I still absolutely hate my nose. It’s the complete opposite of what I asked for. I said I wanted a straight nose, as natural as possible. My nose is sloped, bridge is scooped, tip is upwards and pointy. It does not look natural at all. This has turned out to be a big mistake and I will have to pay thousands more for a revision to get a normal looking nose.

I said I really liked my bridge and didn’t want it touched. The doctor shaved it down and gave me sloped tip when I said I did not want a slope. He did not take any notes of what I said I wanted before surgery.
