Nose perfectly suited my face, breathing significantly improved

I am 29 years old male. I was born with unilateral lip and palate cleft and although all necessary surgical interventions were done in early childhood I was not satisfied with the appereance of my nose. Also I couldn't breathe normaly (the right half of the nose was somehow obstructed inside).  I have considered the nose job for many years. My friend had rhinoplasty done by dr Dilber and  was very satisifed with her result so she recommended the doctor to me. At the examination, the doctor was very self-confident, calm, kind, full of understanding. He listened about my concernes, and explained to me what I can expect. He also warned me about what I couldn't expect, and showed me on the photo how my nose would look after rhinoplasty. The doctor obviously has a lot of experience and honestly I had impression that he knew exactly what I wanted even before I had spoken anything. The surgery lasted about two hours and recovery went fine with almost no pain, mild swelling and bruising and no complications. On the 7th day after surgery, the cast and tampons were removed and I could see my new nose for the first time. The shape was great and the nose perfectly suited my face. Also the breathing was significantly improved. I am very grateful to dr Dilber and his team and cannot recommend him enough. If you are considering rhinoplasty, there can hardly be a better option than dr Dilber. :)
