Unhappy, Took 2 Nose Jobs to Get Average Result

If you are looking at getting a rhinoplasty in New Zealand, save yourself the hassle and do not go to Glenn Bartlett. It took 2 nose jobs to try get anywhere near the morphs he created for me, and he has left me with a wide bumpy bridge, a fat tip that looks more bulbous than before, arched rounded and exposed nostrils that I never had before surgery and an uneven scar with hanging skin.

This surgeon has horrible bedside manner, he was dismissive and defensive when I raised issues after my first surgery that he didn’t achieve anything near to what I wanted. Which was shorter projection/nose. I was left with a nose the exact same length and barely any change. After a year of sending emails and phone calls back and forth requesting for revision he finally agreed.

After my second surgery I now finally got the length taken off it which is what he could’ve done in the first place!! But now my bridge was wide, tip fat and undefined, and nostrils rounded and exposed front on. A year on I raised these issues with him in his office and he was dismissive and condescending towards all the issues I raised telling me there’s nothing wrong with my nose and that I should go see mental health advise. He asked me if I had a boyfriend or if I have any hobbies and to go get some and stop focussing on my nose. He refused to refund me fix my issues and that he’s happy to refer me to a psychologist. 

Clearly you can see in my photos my nose has issues and sorry but seeing a counsellor won’t fix these! Avoid this surgeon please, he’ll make you feel [RS bleep] about yourself and that something is wrong with you rather than the actual issues he’s left you with to your nose.
