Underwhelmed to Say the Least

I had a rhinoplasty and chin lipo with Dr Gervais about a year and a half ago, and honestly my results are underwhelming. For my rhinoplasty, my main issues with my nose were that my nose was generally big, it had a hook to it, and the tip was bulbous. Well, there is less of a hook now, but it is still big, and the tip is just as bulbous or even more bulbous than it was. I expressed concerns about my results at every follow up and he kept saying, "Oh you're just swollen. It'll get better." Well, it never got better. At my final/1-year follow up, I expressed to him again that I really didnt see much improvement with the tip of my nose, and his response was basically that he acknowledged I didnt get the results I wanted, and he would have wanted the tip more refined, but that I was SOL basically. I tried to ask about ways to problem solve, and he seemed to get a little defensive.
It seems like he just didnt have the right type of experience for my type of nose, which I wish he would have just said up front instead of wasting my time and money.

I also had issues with the scar on my chin from the chin lipo, and he basically tried to gas light me saying there was nothing wrong with it. Ive seen a lot of pictures of chin lipo scars and mine is much bigger than what I've seen.

My advice - find another doctor
