The Best!!!!!
I can say i read all the reviews on this website before i chose to go with Duncan Atherton and they are all correct! I honestly couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. I think its really hard to envision what you want your nose to look like and Dr Atherton managed to do things to my nose that i had wanted and more. My nose is exactly how i wanted it! It suits my face so much - i think it looks like the nose i was actually meant to have - which is exactly what i asked for. I appreciated his honestly throughout in what we could and couldn't change and achieve. I would recommend Dr Atherton to anyone and honestly cannot sing his praises enough.
Overview of process:
I'd been looking at getting my nose done for about 3 years when I found Dr Atherton. I was really nervous but after having had none-surgical nose jobs in the past and being unsatisfied with the results i thought it was time to think about getting surgery.
I first found the Cadogan clinic online i think in Harpers Bazer or another article writing about how good the clinic was and then going on the website i liked Dr Atherton work the most from the before and afters. We first had a virtual consultation as this was in lockdown and couldn't travel to the clinic. In the virtual consultation I felt at ease and I felt like Dr Atherton was really listening to all my concerns! We then went on to have a further 2 meetings before my surgery! Throughout all consultations I felt incredibly listened to and we decided on what was in reach and what wasn't. He was extremely honest about how the recovery would be and realistic about my results.
On the day of the surgery Dr Atherton made me feel so comfortable and calm and i felt in such safe hands! After the surgery i was up and watching love island in the recovery room about 15 minutes after coming out of surgery! I felt absolutely fine and from then out the recovery was easy! I have very minimal bruising and swelling and managed to move about and go on walks. I had been told before the operation by the nurses that Dr atherton was very gentle when operating and i know that is true as i really had very very minimal bruising and honestly had no pain (i was on pain meds so i'm sure if i didn't have those i'd feel something).
I'm now about 6 weeks post op and I know that my nose is still changing and sometimes when i wake up its still a little swollen but I honestly couldn't be happier with my nose! I'm soo glad i final took the plunge and just got it done! I feel so much more confident and happy!
