Consultation review: terrible consultation

Terrible experience with Dr Ashlin. I spent almost 1 year researching all the possible surgeons and did multiple consultations with other surgeons and I finally came across Dr Ashlin. I was almost certain I will proceed with him. However, the virtual consultation was a joke. He literally ROBBED me. It was a 30 min consult, most of the consult he was asking questions that I already answered on the intake form I provided(clearly he didn't even read it). Then I asked a few questions, and I noticed he was getting very impatient as if he wanted to leave. I still have 15 minutes left. When it hit 22 minutes he cut me off saying your asking too many questions and I only asked 7. He was also 3-4 minutes late to the meeting. Also his patient interaction was terrible. He was not friendly or personable in any way. He just attended the meeting to literally collect the money.

The best part is he said he'll take a look at my photos and send me digital images. Hello..... he didn't even look at my photos beforehand. I thought the whole purpose of the intake form and the photos is so that he can be prepared and provide a customized experience. Clearly it's all a scam, to make you think your getting a personal experience. No real value.
