Rhinoplasty, temporal lift, lip lift, buccal fat removal, chin lipo

I got surgery with Dr. Hakan Sirinoglu March 8th 2022. I've been waiting to write a thorough review as he and his assistant Pamuk were so adamant about waiting the full year to heal. It's been 1 year and almost 5 months, we're at the end of the healing process and this is the face l'm left with and I am still very unhappy. The first thing that Dr. Hakan Sirinoglu said to me when he first saw me was that I had a great nose. I was so excited to be doing surgery with him because of the natural results that I saw from his Instagram. He completely changed my profile and I feel so insecure about it, what he did changed my face completely. During our consultation he never brought up that he would perform an alarplasty, he did what I didn't want, I never asked for smaller nostrils and a lifted tip. That change gave me a result that I absolutely hate. The biggest mistake of my life was going to get a rhinoplasty with Dr. Sirinoglu. Every time I spoke with him he was very dismissive and arrogant. This doctor has no empathy for his patients, I have been struggling with depression and anxiety because of him. Speaking to him after the surgery and expressing how much I didn't like it, his response was only to wait the 12 months of healing period and if I'm still unhappy he would perform a revision for free. How can I trust this Dr. with my face again? I need to undergo a complete reconstruction with rib cartilage for my revision and it will be costing me over $30,000 here in the United States. Please be wary of choosing this doctor, especially if traveling from the United States.
And just to add, I did get a temporal lift and lip lift as well. You can see in my pictures it didn't make much difference but leave me with damaged nerves from one side of my brow. I can't move it and I have to get Botox on just one side to even it out, and the lip lift scar is just another added insecurity. Dr. Hakan Sirinoglu, you need to be more transparent with your patients. I rly can't blame anyone but myself for not doing enough research. On Instagram his surgeries look really good, and lucky for those patients who got to have those results. I was very unfortunate, please be wary and save yourself from this nightmare.
