Surgery Experience

After months of apprehension and extensive research I decided to proceed with a rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Ashlin Alexander and couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. From the very first consultation, he was professional and incredibly clear about what to expect, both in terms of outcome and recovery.

He was spot on with explaining the recovery timeline and managing expectations. I’ll admit, in the first 7-10 days post surgery, it was extremely hard to perceive what the final result would look like and I had moments where I questioned my decision to go through with this, but everything unfolded exactly as he explained and I’m so glad I look the leap. As the swelling went down, I could see the results taking shape — and now, my nose looks so natural that it fits my face perfectly.

I appreciated was how mindful Dr. Alexander was of my ethnic features. Finding a surgeon who understands and respects those nuances is so important, and he struck the perfect balance, enhancing my profile while maintaining my natural features.

Dr. Alexander and his team were also amazing with post-op follow-ups. I’m truly grateful for his expertise and couldn’t recommend him more highly to anyone considering this procedure.
