I rarely leave negative reviews, but after living with the results for over 11 years, I feel it’s important to share my experience.

I chose Dr. Lavinia Chong because I was told she specialized in rhinoplasty, and I trusted that expertise. Unfortunately, my outcome has been the exact opposite of what I hoped for.

Instead of the subtle refinements I requested, I was left with a nose that has very noticeable asymmetry, visible scarring, and what appears to be a significant loss of cartilage support. The shape of my nose has changed dramatically over time, and it is something I have struggled with both physically and emotionally for more than a decade.

If someone asked me to describe the result, I would say to imagine a nose with visible scars, obvious asymmetry, and a collapsed appearance from a lack of cartilage support. It has affected my confidence every single day.

This has been a life-changing experience, and not in a positive way. My hope in writing this review is simply that others will thoroughly research their surgeon, ask detailed questions, and seek multiple opinions before making such an important decision.
