Now that I’m six weeks out I’m blown away by my result

I am six weeks post surgery for a rhinoplasty & septoplasty. I’d wanted a rhinoplasty for almost ten years and have been actively researching surgeons and prices for a few years. I realised pretty quickly in my search that the surgeon I was most drawn to was Dr Moss. I wanted to make sure the surgery looked natural and suited my face, and didn’t look like I’d had a nose job. I knew my decision to go with Dr Moss was the right one after I had my initial consultation.

Dr Moss and his team (especially Amanda!) have been amazing throughout the process. I found Dr Moss to be so knowledgeable and honest. He was realistic about the result I would be able to achieve and carefully explained what he proposed to do so I knew what to expect. He wasn’t pushy at all and I felt absolutely no pressure to do anything, it was a very comfortable environment. It gave me complete trust in him. I wasn’t worried about how it would turn out and I felt confident about the process.

Now that I’m six weeks out I’m blown away by my result! It’s still swollen but it already looks a million times better and I can’t wait to see what it will look like once all the swelling has gone down. My side profile looks sooooo good and my nose doesn’t droop down anymore when I smile. They were the things I was always super self conscious about so it’s amazing to see those changes.

Even though I had planned this for so long and done a lot of research it was definitely a strange feeling seeing a nose on your face that is different and I definitely found it overwhelming at first. But really quickly it felt like my nose and I can’t even remember what it looked like before! It suits my face so much better and my friends and family who know I’ve had the surgery have all complimented me. I’m pretty sure most people don’t even know because it looks so natural.
