Flawless rhinoplasty that compliments my face

I consulted with six surgeons before choosing Dr Kian as my surgeon. Dr Kian was the only surgeon that did an in-person consultation and recommended we do a CT scan to see what was really going on inside my nose causing breathing issues. “CT scan findings include: severe right septal deviation, 100% nasal airway obstruction, left inferior turbinate hypertrophy, right turbinate unable to function due to severe septal deviation, bilateral concha bullosa.” My nose was not an easy case and I am now 4-weeks post op and I could not be happier with my results. I am healing very well and I am already breathing very clearly. In addition to the work on the inside Dr Kian did a flawless rhinoplasty that compliments my face so well. I am getting compliments from all my friends and family and even strangers on my rhinoplasty. I also want to mention that I experienced ZERO pain post op. I took Tylenol for 48 hours and that was it. Of course, there is mild discomfort, but nothing intolerable.

This decision was not easy for me to make as I was very nervous about the operation not working or the cosmetic rhinoplasty not turning out how I wanted, BUT I am SO happy I did this! I feel like this was the nose I should have had all along.
