Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty with Dr. Goldman- amazing results!

I’d hated my nose for as long I can remember and have been looking into rhinoplasty since probably middle school. As soon as I was able, I began researching doctors all around the Midwest and landed on Dr. Goldman based on his certification in both plastic and cosmetic surgery as well as his numerous positive reviews and gorgeous before and after photos. From my first visit with Dr. Goldman, I knew he wasn’t the type of surgeon to over-promise and under-deliver. He was very realistic and told me exactly how the process would go which made me feel very comfortable with him. He even called the night of the surgery to check in on me and see how I was feeling! He was easily accessible via text/call if i had any questions as well. Going into this process I knew there was no such thing as a perfect nose but that I would be happy with my major issues being corrected. I’ve included some pictures but please keep in mind that swelling especially in the tip doesn’t fully heal for close to a year, sometimes up to a year and a half. In the end, I’m extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend Dr. Steven Goldman as well as this surgery as it has truly changed my life and improved my self confidence in ways I can’t even express. After the surgery, I switched from glasses to contacts and got a new haircut/color in order to make my nose a little more subtle but my friends (even ones I’ve known for over a decade) couldn’t put their finger on what changed until I told them. I couldn’t be happier.
