WORTH IT
I'm three weeks out from a rhinoplasty/septoplasty/turbinate reduction with Dr. Mourad.
He's a competent, kind, informative ENT/surgeon and I'm so far quite pleased with my results. I'm aware that full healing will occur over the course of about a year. His office is now on 5th Avenue in the 70's and is beautiful and modern. His staff is nice and supportive.
I do recommend doing research on how to prepare for your surgery and asking a lot of questions. Be sure to address any autoimmune issues it may have and be honest with your doctor. My surgery had to be approved by my endo. Below I'll put some before and after pictures. My nose was hooked and crooked (mildly) but inside my septum was super wonky. I can actually breathe through my nose now. My tip was previously left learning and now is a little right leaning so I'm doing some massage and holding techniques to help it heal more straight.

Thanks for sharing your experience! The results are looking really good so far. Did you have much swelling after the procedure?
